How to Book a Session

As much as I thought about making this all bloggy, I'm keeping this simple and typing it up. Maybe one day I'll add photos...but for now, Let's book a session!



Step 1: Click on "Book a Session" located on the homepage, on the menu bar on your desktop, or in the menu (three gray lines in a white box) on your phone.

Step 2: Login, or if you are new to this site, Sign Up (First and Last name, and your email and password will be your login). For step by step video instruction on creating a login, please watch the video below:



Step 3: Click on Sign Up under Online Session or In Person Session.

Step 4: Find a Session that works for you: Available sessions are any date that has a green dot, or any date will give you a "Check Next Availability" button.

Step 5: Click on the time you want, and click "Next".

Step 6: Fill out the Client Care Form and Policies (Note: If you want a reminder via text, you must check the box to receive an SMS reminder.)

Step 7: Click "Add to Cart" if you want to book multiple sessions or "Book Now" to instantly checkout.

Step 8: "Add to Cart": Go back to step 3 to book another session or click "Cart" at the top of every page.

"Book Now"-Go through Checkout process. If you have a Coupon Code, make sure to enter it before you click Pay Now. Submit your purchase through ApplePay or Credit Card. You can save your Credit Card details for faster checkout next time, but this is completely optional. Please make sure to scroll down and click Submit Payment.

Step 9: You're booked! You should receive a confirmation from the site and an email from ledwithlove.com

If you signed up for SMS reminders, you may be too late to get a refund when you receive the text. Please add loni@ledwithlove.com and support@ledwithlove.com to your address book to ensure you receive all emails. You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment to ensure you have ample time to reschedule or cancel before your payment can't be transferred or refunded, a reminder 24 hours before your appointment, and then an appointment details email around 24 hours before your appointment.
