Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and can move in,

Depending on the floor in your home, you may want to wear comfortable shoes or grip socks for the 3 simple dance songs, or you can dance on your mat.

Bring a yoga mat and anything else that will bring you comfort (yoga strap, yoga blocks, pillows, an eye pillow for rest, etc.)

Listen to your body: If something I guide you through doesn't feel good, try something that does feel good in your body or just rest.
