Let's welcome the New Year with a safe space to collectively reflect, move, and set a tone for 2025! Journal prompts, time to contemplate the prompts with light movement, breath, and stillness, and a brief circle opening and closing for anyone feeling called to share.
There are 3 opportunities to attend this experience; each one is unique and different and can be built upon each other or just choose one to attend.
